is a LOOS ORGINIZATION of mutual support based in PORTLAND, OREGON and founded in 1999. Our primary MISSION is the manifestation of CULTURE through "DIY" means, by the promotion of EXCELLENT artists making work that has the potential to RADICALIZE institutions of art and commerce, and by RADICALIZING artists trapped in the mire of institutions of of art and commerce.
